Rhythm Careers is working with a large, well-established architecture and interior design studio in Dublin 2 to find a Project Architect to join their team.
It's been a strong year for the studio, and with more growth planned going into the new year, they're keen to talk to architects with at least five years' post-qualification experience and a solid background in residential projects, ideally medium to large scale.
You'll need to be comfortable working in Revit day-to-day, as the team works exclusively in a mature BIM environment, and adaptable enough to pick up other software when needed. Technical expertise is key here, with proven experience running residential projects from RIAI Stage 3 onwards. On-site experience would also go a long way, and you should be happy to keep that side of things up as part of the role.
You'll be organised, detail-focused, and take real pride in your work. There's a good amount of autonomy in this role, so you'll need to manage your own workload, hit deadlines, and stay adaptable when priorities shift, which they often do in a busy studio. Good communication matters too; you'll be working closely with colleagues and consultants, and the studio wants someone who genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for every project. They're also keen on people who want to keep developing professionally and who can work through complex project information.
