A studio best described as forthcoming, up-and-coming with a fabulously fun culture is looking to expand their team of 25 with a Project running Architect who has strong Facade experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Project Architect to take on a leadership role in a high-profile development!
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and delivery of large-scale new build developments, with a focus on façades
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and Building Safety Act (BSA) requirements
• Manage and coordinate external consultants, chair Design Team Meetings (DTMs), and oversee project scope
• Lead client meetings, ensuring effective communication and project alignment
• Oversee and manage a team, demonstrating strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Work proficiently in Revit, ensuring high-quality technical delivery
• Utilise InDesign and the Adobe Suite to compile reports and presentations
Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience as a Project Lead on large-scale office developments
• Strong technical expertise in façade design and construction detailing
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex project requirements
• Confident in delivering projects efficiently, from concept to completion
