Rhythm Careers has partnered with one of New York's leading design names in their search for a BIM Specialist to join the studio, this role has a rare track to senior leadership within BIM, and broader Design Technology, for a household name in New York architecture.
This firm have a rich history and a well established brand, with a stunning portfolio of built work behind them. c.90-strong, they work on large-scale, complex, and ambitious projects within the civic, commercial, cultural and MF residential markets. They have a hybrid working schedule, and although a commitment to design excellence, no crazy hours or high turnover of staff. Working in a non hierarchical way, they are a true design-led practice.
They are looking for a BIM Specialist to join them to manage and coordinating large and complex BIM models, develop and maintain in-house BIM standards and workflows, lead research into design technology and emerging design technologies, deliver BIM execution plans, and train and develop the knowledge of their staff in house within Revit and other design technology.
This role will entail working with studio leaders, and has a track to a leadership role within BIM, and more broadly digital technology, within the firm.
To be considered for this role you must have at least 5 years' experience working with large and complex BIM models, be comfortable leading the training and development of staff in-house, and have broad experience of, and interest in, design technology and emerging technology within design.
