Rhythm Careers’ client – a highly successful, ambitious architectural practice in London, are seeking to appoint a specialist in interior fit-out projects, to aid the business in it’s development and growth of this workstream.
Joining at Associate Director level, you’ll be joining to lead fit-out, commercial HQ across the studio. This strategic appointment, a new role for the business, is designed to help implement the company’s intentions to win more high-end headquarter projects into the company.
Considering individuals both from architect and / or interior design backgrounds, you’ll be passionate about creating world-class projects, where the finish is created with pride. You’ll be adept at crafting beautiful spaces within the corporate HQ sector, with strong experience across large-scale fit-out and CAT B, workplace strategy, client engagement and delivery of high-end corporate HQ’s, with experience and knowledge of sustainability and wellbeing accreditations.
This is a client facing role, where you’ll be the practice voice for HQ pitches, leading bids and will see you working closely with the practice directors. You’ll also be identifying, pursuing and securing new business opportunities in this sector.
