Rhythm Careers has a rare opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join one of New York's top design offices, an international studio over 100-strong, in their New York HQ, with offices across 3 continents. This role will be working directly with their Director of Operations, and has a lot of scope for growth and taking on responsibility.
This world class design firm have a unique sensibility to their design aesthetic, which has enabled them to be successful on both sides of the Atlantic, working on medium and large scale, high-profile projects all around the world. Now growing their Manhattan office of 100+, a rare opportunity has emerged for a Operations Assistant to join them.
The role will be varied and hands-on, working with their Director of Operations to learn and impact on the running of a high calibre design office. It will entail the running of studio operations, project coordination, working with marketing and business development teams, and involved in contract negotiations.
To be considered for this role you must have between 3-5 years in design studio operations or administration, have great attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a desire to help build a world class office and grow with the role.
