We're pleased to be partnered with an established boutique interior
design studio that has built an outstanding reputation for delivering
beautifully crafted luxury residences for private clients across New York
and beyond.

With an art led approach to design, the studio is recognised
for creating highly bespoke interiors, custom furniture and thoughtfully
curated spaces that reflect each client's lifestyle.

Many of the studio's clients own multiple residences, including homes in
Hong Kong, resulting in a portfolio of sophisticated, internationally
influenced projects and a strong network of repeat and referral clients.

Following continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Interior
Designer / Project Manager to help lead the next phase of the business.

The Role

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing exceptional
design with strong project management. You will take ownership of
multiple luxury residential projects from concept through to installation,
ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to an exceptional
standard.
Working closely w

ith clients, architects, consultants, contractors and
vendors, you will oversee every stage of the project while maintaining
clear communication and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities include:

 Managing luxury residential projects from concept through to
completion
 Leading client presentations and design development
 Developing furniture plans, layouts and design concepts
 Managing project budgets, schedules and timelines
 Coordinating architects, consultants, contractors and specialist
artisans
 Specifying bespoke furniture, finishes, lighting, fabrics and
decorative elements
 Overseeing custom furniture design and fabrication
 Managing procurement through to installation
 Producing presentations, visuals and project documentation
 Building strong relationships with clients, vendors and suppliers
 Ensuring projects remain organised while managing multiple
deadlines

About You

The ideal candidate is an experienced designer with excellent project
management skills who enjoys taking ownership of projects while
remaining highly organised and detail focused.

You will have:

 At least 5 years' experience within luxury residential interior
design
 Proven experience managing projects from concept through to
installation
 Strong project management skills, including budgets, scheduling
and consultant coordination
 Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
 Clear and confident communication with clients, consultants and
vendors
 Experience using AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp.
Experience with Design Manager would be highly advantageous
 A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach
 A passion for bespoke design and custom furniture
 A full driver's licence with the flexibility to travel to project sites
throughout New York and the surrounding areas
