Rhythm Careers is recruiting on behalf of an established architectural practice in Dublin 2 for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join its growing studio.
Working as part of a team delivering high-density residential projects across Ireland, you'll play a key role in shaping large-scale housing developments from design through to delivery.
We're looking for someone with at least eight years of post-graduate experience, strong technical knowledge, and the confidence to take ownership of projects. You'll be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and other industry-standard software, with a solid understanding of BIM workflows and 3D modelling. A thorough knowledge of Irish building regulations, planning legislation and construction methodologies is essential, as is the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients, consultants and other non-technical stakeholders.
This role would suit a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in producing accurate technical drawings and documentation. You'll be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes, comfortable solving problems as they arise, and able to adapt to changing project priorities while seeing tasks through to completion.
