The Role
We're looking for a Senior Interior Designer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join an award winning, globally recognised architecture and design studio. You'll lead the FF&E and decorating team, taking projects from concept through to completion while working closely with the Studio Director. This is a hybrid position offering the opportunity to deliver exceptional luxury residential interiors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the FF&E and decorating team across multiple luxury projects
- Oversee the design process from concept to installation
- Manage project documentation, schedules, budgets and specifications
- Source and specify furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, artwork and accessories
- Lead client presentations and attend project meetings
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and consultants
- Review drawings, renderings and design documentation
- Oversee ordering, deliveries and final installations
- Mentor junior designers and support team development
- Assist with recruitment and interviews when required
Skills and Experience
- 8 to 12 years of experience within an interior design or architecture studio
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or similar
- Strong knowledge of luxury residential interiors and current design trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office. Studio Designer experience is beneficial

You'll be a confident and dependable designer with a passion for creating beautiful, high end interiors. You enjoy leading projects and mentoring others, thrive in a collaborative environment and have a proactive approach to problem solving. You'll also have excellent client facing skills and a keen eye for detail.
