Architectural Technologist
6–10 years PQE | AutoCAD & Revit | Tender & Construction Stage Focus.
Rhythm Careers is working with a well-established architectural practice in Dublin, currently seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their growing team.
Our client is a busy, design-led practice with a diverse and substantial workload spanning large-scale residential, healthcare, hotel, and office/mixed-use developments. They work across most RIAI work stages and are actively investing in their BIM capability, with a current AutoCAD/Revit split of roughly 70/30, shifting steadily toward a stronger, more dedicated Revit team.
You'll join a collaborative team of technologists and architects, with a particular focus on Tender and Construction stages, where accuracy, detail, and buildability are everything. This is a great opportunity for a technically strong Architectural Technologist who enjoys getting into the detail and seeing projects through to delivery on site.
What We're Looking For
- 6–10 years' experience working within an Irish architectural practice
- Strong technical detailing skills, particularly at Tender and Construction Information stages
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, with solid working knowledge of Revit (or a genuine appetite to develop further)
- Experience across residential, healthcare, hospitality, or mixed-use/commercial projects is highly advantageous
- Sound knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and RIAI work stages.
