Rhythm Careers is on the hunt for a Mid-weight Interior Designer to join the in-house studio of one of Europe’s most exciting hospitality brands – a team that’s reimagining how hotels look and feel.

You'll be involved in projects from initial concept through to final styling – sketching ideas, producing detailed drawing packs, helping shape the creative vision, and regularly visiting sites to see it all come to life.
The studio is looking for someone who’s technically confident – strong with drawings, detailing, and materials – but who’s also keen to learn, grow, and develop alongside a talented and supportive team.
You’ll need around 5 years of experience in hospitality design, plus solid software skills (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite). Most importantly, you’ll be someone who brings energy, initiative, and bold ideas to the table.
