Architectural Assistant Part II

South East London
Permanent
£34,000 - £39,000

Very much one of our favourite practices to work with, this is the ideal environment for any talented Part II's wanting to complete their Part III.

Seeking Part II's with a minimum of 6 months post Masters degree experience, all the way through to those close to completing their part III.

The track record of this business of successfully supporting Part II's to become qualified is off the scales, with many of their current leadership team joining them at this very level and seeing their careers flourish.

This is not a practice where you'll be held back, or given monotonous, repetitive tasks to complete; you'll be genuinely empowered and encouraged to learn, whilst being sincerely supported by more experienced peers.

You'll get to work on projects at different stages, different scales and different typology; with typical workloads ranging from workplace refurbishment, new build housing to technically complex remediation tasks. You'll also be using Revit at the highest standard within a practice that truly embraces all things BIM.

Benefit wise; as an employee owned trust, you'll receive great tax-free bonuses. You'll also benefit from their people focused benefits package which is outlined below!

  • Pension contribution: 5% (after a year’s service) with an option for an additional 1.5% if you match the contribution. Auto enrolment rates contributions prior to that.
  • Annual leave: 24 days
  • EOT bonus (£3600 tax free)
  • Hybrid working
  • Healthcare cover once you have successfully completed your 3-month probation
  • Yearly wellbeing voucher to the value of £25
  • Cycle scheme/ salary sacrifice options

  • ARB or RIBA membership paid – your choice (if applicable)
