This key appointment as Interior Design Principal, is to lead and grow the hospitality team. You'll be an experienced leader within the industry able to demonstrate an outstanding track record of designing and delivering top quality hotels and resorts.
As Principal, your responsibilities will range from business development, design leadership and team management, with hospitality design being at the core.
You'll be joining to utilise your existing network within the hospitality world, to help drive business growth and market engagement, building strategic relationships across clients, operators and key stakeholders.
You'll use your proven leadership skills, to inspire your teams to create impeccable designs, whilst developing those same people to maximise their career potential within the business.
In addition to your hotel design leadership credentials, prior experience working across Asia and international markets will be preferred to enable maximum impact.
