Rhythm Careers is representing a well-established architectural practice in Dublin that is looking to appoint a Senior Architectural Technologist to join its team on a major residential scheme.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can come in and make an immediate impact. The project is moving at pace, so the team is looking for an experienced technologist who can quickly get up to speed, take ownership of packages and work with a high degree of autonomy.
You will be involved in the technical development and delivery of a large-scale residential project. The role will suit someone who is confident coordinating information, resolving technical issues and keeping work moving forward without the need for constant direction.
Applicants should have at least eight years of professional experience and a strong technical background. A solid understanding of Irish building regulations, planning requirements and construction detailing is essential, along with proven experience delivering residential projects through the technical stages.
Strong Revit skills are required. You should be comfortable producing detailed drawing packages, coordinating information across disciplines and maintaining a high level of accuracy throughout the process.
The studio is looking for someone who is organised, practical and proactive, with the ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively with both internal and external teams. Equally important is a willingness to take responsibility, identify solutions and see tasks through to completion.
