BIM Specialist/Coordinator
Rhythm Careers are partnering with a respected Dublin architecture and ID studio to find a BIM Specialist to join their growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of architecture and wants to play a key role in shaping project delivery across the studio. The role combines hands on project support with involvement in BIM strategy, digital workflows and studio standards.
You will join a centralised digital team, working alongside another BIM Specialist and the Digital Design Lead to support teams across the practice.
The role
• Managing and developing Revit templates, families, shared parameters and BIM content libraries
• Supporting project teams with BIM issues, coordination challenges and workflow improvements
• Developing BIM standards, QA processes and model checking procedures
• Helping improve digital workflows and automation across the practice
• Delivering training and guidance to staff at all levels
• Supporting ISO 19650 standards and digital delivery processes
What they are looking for
• Experience in a BIM focused role within architecture
• Advanced Revit skills and strong technical understanding of drawing production
• Experience creating parametric families and managing BIM standards
• Knowledge of BIM 360, ACC or similar CDE platforms
• Experience with Dynamo, Python, C# or Revit API would be beneficial
• Good working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape
