Rhythm Careers are looking for an Architect or Project Architect to join a growing multi-disciplinary studio in Manhattan, a firm who have a great package, flexibility, and without traditional architecture's long hours.
This studio are a repeat client, who we have placed multiple Architects with, and in a period of growth, currently at around 60 people. They are multidisciplinary, combining architecture, engineering, and facade restoration, and work on New York based mixed-use, residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. They work from concept through to completion, giving their staff the opportunity to work through the entire life cycle of projects, including getting on-site in New York.
They have flexibility with working from home, generous PTO starting at close to 4 weeks, and a strong bonus structure making for an overall package far exceeding 'traditional' architects.
They are looking for an Architect or Project Architect to join them as their team grows, to work on a variety of New York based projects. To be considered for this role you must have a portfolio containing built New York City based projects, excellent production + documentation skills, a good amount of CD or CA experience, and be a strong Revit user.
