Shannon brings over eight years of experience in architectural recruitment, during which she has built an extensive and well-established network across the London market. As a dedicated mother of two, she understands firsthand the realities of balancing career and family life. Drawing on this experience, Shannon is passionate about using her role within the architectural industry to champion greater support and opportunities for working mothers, acting as a strong and authentic advocate for change.
Shannon is an enthusiastic, highly talented runner
After smashing the 2026 Paris Marathon with an impressive sub-four-hour finish, Shannon has her sights firmly set on the London Marathon in 2027. An early riser with serious drive, she’s the kind of person who thinks nothing of clocking up a 10-mile run before 7am. In fact, if you’ve seen the Rhythm Careers team out running, chances are Shannon was the one who made it happen! She’s also the proud founder of the ‘Rhythm Run Club’.

Shannon is the life and soul of the party, with a real enthusiasm for all things fitness and family, her two F’s, alongside her two P’s: pets and prosecco!!
She loves nothing more than a well-earned glass of fizz in the sunshine, whilst out and about exploring with her young, and energetic family (usually after knocking out a half marathon herself first thing in the morning), there is no stopping her!
Life at home
Alongside her children, Shannon also adores her pets. Tyson, her mighty Chihuahua with a bark far bigger than his bite, keeps things lively, while the mischievous cat, Princess Fluffy Snow White Shepperd (named by the children), brings her own brand of chaos. Together, they add an extra layer of fun and organised mayhem to the loving Shepperd household!
