A family man and proud father, Matteo’s time away from the office is mostly spent making memories with his family… unless he’s at Selhurst Park cheering on Crystal Palace.
Yes, that Palace. The one with the rollercoaster results, the occasional heartbreak, and the eternal optimism that “this might finally be our year.” As a loyal season ticket holder of the Eagles, Matteo has mastered the art of hope, disappointment, and doing it all again next weekend!

Matteo: loving dad, professional face-paint volunteer, and unexpectedly committed backup dancer to K-Pop Demon Hunters (a routine that occasionally makes a guest appearance on team nights out!)
When he’s not being enlisted for arts and crafts duty, he’s out with his family making the most of the outdoors, usually before signing himself up for a cold plunge (possibly in an effort to remove the glitter, paint!!).
Hands-on, all-in, and always up for whatever the day throws at him, Matteo is a wonderful family man and recruiter in equal measures.
