Claire is a recruitment marketing professional with over 15 years’ experience helping organisations attract, engage, and retain top talent. She specialises in building strong employer value propositions and using data-led insight to shape effective, forward-thinking strategies.
Passionate about people and storytelling, Claire focuses on creating inclusive, engaging recruitment marketing that helps businesses stand out and connect with the right candidates. Having worked with Mark and much of the team before, she is a natural fit for Rhythm Careers.
Endurance challenges…
Outside the office, Claire puts her energy into health and fitness. She regularly runs with her dog in a local canicross group and is always seeking out new challenges that push her limits, often while raising money for charities close to her heart.
She has completed ‘LEJOG’, cycling from Land’s End to John O’Groats, over 1,000 miles in just 10 days! And earlier this year ran the Paris Marathon in support of Rhythm Careers’ fundraising for Blueprint for All.
Where adventure meets calm
In true Libran fashion, Claire balances her energy by reconnecting with nature and slowing things down from time to time.
You’ll often find her walking along the beach with her crazy dog, Bodi, or spending weekends in the camper van with her family, playing Uno and enjoying a beaker of wine whilst watching the sunset.
