Meet Beth

Senior Associate

It’s hard to find anyone who doesn’t have great things to say about Beth, and we’re incredibly proud to have her as a key part of the Rhythm Careers team.

Beth brings warmth, integrity, and a genuinely people-first approach to everything she does, and it’s that combination that makes her so trusted by both candidates and clients alike.

Your Dublin market expert

Beth heads up our architecture and interior design offering, with a clear focus on the Dublin market.

With eight years of experience in architectural and design recruitment, she’s known for building strong, lasting relationships with both candidates and clients alike, underpinned by trust, honesty, and a genuine understanding of the industry.

Going the extra mile, always

Beth has been a long-time supporter of Rhythm Careers’ charity partner, Blueprint for All. She has pushed herself through completing the National Three Peaks Challenge and a 25-hour, 75-mile walk, helping raise over £10,000 across both events.

Alongside this, she has dedicated significant time and energy to supporting recent architectural graduates from Blueprint for All’s Building Futures programme, helping them secure their first roles within the profession.

Multi-talented.
Full of heart.

Multi-talented Beth is also a qualified physiotherapist with a Master’s degree, a proud mother to her beautiful daughter, and owner of Alfie, a spaniel with all the life!

A big lover of the arts, especially musical theatre, she brings the same energy and passion into her work as she does to the stage. If you’re looking to land your perfect role, make sure Beth is in the room when it happens… because with her support, your career growth might just be defying gravity. (A nod to Hamilton and Wicked well and truly intended!).

If you’re thinking about your next move or just exploring what’s out there, I’d love to hear from you.

At Rhythm, it’s all about real conversations and honest guidance. Whether it’s a call, email, or connecting on LinkedIn, let’s start your journey today.
