This architectural practice of 80, are best known for their work in the ‘beds’ sector, with a core specialism in hotel design, supplemented with branded residence and co-living design projects.
As Principal Designer Lead, you’ll be reporting into the practice Partner, whilst taking leadership of the business’ principal deign service offering.
You’ll be taking over this role from the practice partner, with a structured handover plan in place, creating enormous opportunities for future career growth for the success candidate.
Taking increasing responsibilities for project delivery, client relationships and commercial performance, this role will be 90% focused upon leading and delivering principal design services, with some time anticipated around internal mentoring, technical best practice sharing and business development for this work stream.
The successful candidate will already be established in a senior principal designer role, therefore with demonstrable experience in delivering BR PD services, in addition to CDM.
You’ll possess appropriate qualifications for the role, have confidence communication skill, particularly around communicate difficult technical matters clearly, and ambition to continue progressing in your career.
