An AJ100 Practice consisting of Interior Designers, Architects and Urban Designers are looking to grow the workplace strategy team.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in workplace design/ Strategy ideally working with tech, finance or media clients. You will work alongside an experience strategist on live projects within London, gaining strong client exposure from day 1.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in developing strategic/occupier briefs
- Regular client care and interaction
- Providing advice on work and workplace solutions to clients
- Support Senior Workplace Strategists on daily tasks, pitches and projects
- Data input, analysis and manipulation e.g. surveys, interviews, workshops, focus groups
- Creation of reports
- Report writing
- Undertake building efficiency and feasibility studies
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- At least 1 years of experience in workplace design/strategy and space planning experience
- Able to analyse data and interpret into recommendations
- Report writing ability
- Articulate
- Has supported the running of briefing & focus group sessions
- Can create graphic collateral
- Has experience of space budgets
- A knowledge of emerging workplace trends and a desire to be a thought leader
- The candidate should be able to use AutoCAD/Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and Excel
